If you are truly dissatisfied with your tree due to a reasonable defect, you may request a replacement within 5 days of receiving your tree by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange the replacement. Your original tree must be well-watered from the time of delivery to you in order for us to provide a replacement. All trees come with a water vessel base, it is up to you to keep it topped up.
If you are dissatisfied with any food items due to expiry date or condition received, please email a picture to email@example.com and we will arrange a pickup and replacement of the item. We will provide a full refund if a replacement is not available
If any tree lights/accessories are defective, please share the details by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange for an immediate replacement.
